Become The Destination

When you have a custom bar in your home, your home becomes the destination. Rather than going out to bars, you can invite your family and friends over for a few drinks and a private bar custom built just for you! Basements, backyards, and any extra space in the home are a few good examples of where your brand new bar can fit perfectly. Call us out for a free consultation any time and we’ll be happy to go over your options.

What To Expect From Us

We handle everything from the planning stage all the way to the final product. Here’s what’s included in a Wave Builders Inc. Kitchen Remodel:

  • A complete design package● We'll go over the size and layout of the bar, seating and overhang height, cabinetry and shelving configuration, countertop material, backsplash and back bar design, lighting, and whether you want a sink, refrigeration, or a kegerator built in. We will help come up with and strategize a design that works best for you.
  • A fixed-scope written proposal● The full scope and pricing in writing before any work gets started.
  • One project manager● A direct phone number to the person who knows your project best.
  • Coordinated schedule● A planned timeline that details the steps of the custom bar being built and gives you the amount of time the whole project will take.
  • Materials● Framing lumber, cabinetry and shelving, countertop, bar rail and trim, backsplash and back bar finishes, lighting, and any sink, refrigeration, or tap equipment purchased and delivered according to the agreed upon schedule, and timed so nothing ends up sitting around in your home or delaying the end date of the project.
  • Regular Updates● We will communicate regularly to provide updates to tell you what has gotten done and what still needs to be done.

How Building a Custom Bar Works

Three clear phases. No surprises. Here's what to expect when Wave Builders takes on your kitchen.

01

Design

We will come out for a free consultation to look into where you want to put the bar, and we will help strategize all the details including the size and layout, seating and overhang height, cabinetry and shelving, countertop material, the back bar design, and lighting. We'll also cover whether you want a sink, refrigeration, or a kegerator built in, since we need to plan that out before going to work. Once we have all this information, we will give you a proposal going over the project scope and pricing.

02

Build

Once you approve the proposal, we will get to work and start with framing the bar structure, then cabinetry, countertop templating and install, back bar and shelving, lighting, and final finish work — all on a schedule that was planned ahead with you and with regular updates.

03

Deliver

Final walkthrough and a clean handoff. No job is finished for Wave Builders Inc. until you are satisfied with the final result.
