We handle everything from the planning stage all the way to the final product. Here’s what’s included when Wave Builders Inc. finishes your basement:
- A complete design package● We’ll go over the layout and how the space gets divided, window placement, ceiling treatment and hiding ductwork and pipes, flooring, the lighting plan, and any bar or bathroom you want included. This will all need to be confirmed before any work begins.
- A fixed-scope written proposal● The full scope and pricing in writing before any work gets started.
- One project manager● A direct phone number to the person who knows your project best.
- Coordinated schedule● A planned timeline that details the steps of the basement remodel and gives you the amount of time the overall remodel will take.
- Materials● Framing lumber, insulation, subfloor system, drywall, flooring, doors and trim, and lighting purchased and delivered according to the agreed upon schedule, and timed so nothing ends up sitting in your garage for a long time or holds up any installations.
- Regular Updates● We will communicate regularly to provide updates to tell you what has gotten done and what still needs to be done.

Design
We will start by meeting for a free consultation going over the space, your goals, style preferences, and budget. Once that is done, we will create a proposal that includes all of the information we discussed including the complete scope of work, your layout choices, materials chosen, and pricing so you know exactly what’s going on before the work even begins.

Build
Once you approve the proposal, our team handles all of the work including but not limited to demolition, framing, insulation, drywall, ceiling work, flooring, doors and trim, and final finish work. This will all be done within the agreed upon schedule, and you will receive regular updates from us throughout the work.

Deliver
Final walkthrough to make sure you’re satisfied with our work. We will go over everything with you in detail to show we held up our end of the proposal as we were supposed to.

If your basement is being finished and pipes and/or ductwork is across the ceiling, we will either install new soffits or potentially reroute and move them if needed.
Can we add a bathroom, bar, and/or a movie theatre?
