- A complete design package● We'll go over the floor plan and how the space gets divided, wall and partition layout, ceiling and lighting design, flooring, storefront or entry work, finishes, and what your buildout needs to meet code for your type of business. We will help come up with and strategize a plan that works for how you operate to get you up and running as soon as possible.
- A fixed-scope written proposal● The full scope and pricing in writing before any work gets started.
- One project manager● A direct phone number to the person who knows your project best.
- Coordinated schedule● A planned timeline that details the steps of the build-out being built and gives you the amount of time the whole project will take.
- Materials● Framing materials, drywall, ceiling systems, flooring, doors and hardware, millwork and fixtures, and lighting purchased and delivered according to the agreed upon schedule, and timed so nothing delays your opening date.
- Regular Updates● We will communicate regularly to provide updates to tell you what has gotten done and what still needs to be done.

Design
We will come out for a free consultation to your commercial space to go over the layout, space, your needs, and your budget. From there, we will create a proposal that goes over the project scope and pricing to let you know how soon this can be done and what it will cost.

Build
Once we get your approval with the proposal, we will then start working by pulling the permits, then moving through demolition, framing and partition walls, ceiling and lighting, drywall, flooring, millwork and fixtures, and final finishes — all on a schedule we will plan out with regular updates, and with inspections coordinated at each phase if necessary so nothing holds up your final sign-off.

Deliver
Once the job is complete, we will walk you through the finished product and make sure we completed everything we said we would during the proposal. Once this step is complete, we will be done with our work and you will be free to run your finished commercial space.
