Have A Bathroom You're Happy to Use
The bathroom is normally where you end up starting the day and ending off the day. Having a bathroom that doesn’t work for you is not a great way to start or end the day, and we’re happy to help change that for you! Whether your bathroom is cramped, old, or just not working for you, we’re happy to help build you the bathroom you’ve always dreamed of.
What To Expect From Us
We handle everything from day one to make this process as easy as possible for you. Here’s what’s included in a Wave Builders Inc. bathroom remodel:
- A complete design package● Tile selections and layout, shower configuration, niche and bench placement, vanity size and storage, fixture and hardware finishes, flooring, and the ventilation plan. This will all be confirmed before any work begins.
- A fixed-scope written proposal● The full scope and pricing in writing before any work gets started.
- One project manager● A direct phone number to the person who knows your project best.
- Coordinated schedule● A planned timeline that details the steps of the bathroom remodel and gives you the amount of time the overall remodel will take.
- Materials● Tile, waterproofing materials, vanity, countertop, shower glass, fixtures, and hardware purchased and delivered according to the agreed upon schedule, and timed so nothing ends up sitting in your garage for a long time or holds up any installations.
- Regular Updates● We will communicate regularly to provide updates to tell you what has gotten done and what still needs to be done.
How a Bathroom Remodel Works
Three phases. No surprises. Here's what to expect when Wave Builders remodels your bathroom.
01
Design
We start with a free consultation going over your goals, bathroom layout, style preferences, and budget. From there, we prepare a proposal which includes the complete scope of work, your material selections, and a fixed price so you know exactly what the project costs and looks like before we start working.
02
Build
Once the proposal has been approved, our team handles all work that’s required including demolition, structural work, waterproofing, tile installation, vanity and countertop installation, fixture and hardware install, shower glass, and final finish work — all on a planned schedule with regular updates.
03
Deliver
Final walkthrough to make sure we delivered everything you’re looking for. Our job isn’t done until you’re satisfied, and we will go through everything together to ensure we delivered on our proposal.

Frequently Asked Questions About Bathroom Remodeling
Straightforward answers to what many customers ask most before starting a bathroom remodel with us.
How much does a bathroom remodel usually cost?
While it does vary based on certain factors, bathroom remodels usually cost $12,000-$15,000.
How long does a bathroom remodel typically take?
Once the pre-construction phase is complete, it usually takes us about 1-2 weeks to complete a bathroom remodel.
What if this is our only bathroom?
It’s a common situation and it changes how we go about the job. When you only have one bathroom, we do our best to minimize the days it is out of service. We will tell you up front in the proposal when the bathroom will be out of order so we can plan around it. In certain cases, we’re able to keep the toilet functional throughout a lot of the build. We’ll make sure to go over everything in detail with you during the proposal to ensure you know what to expect.
Thank you. We'll be in touch shortly to schedule your consultation.
